If i could leave less, then 1 star I would. Called them maybe two days before i went to take my car in to have the transmission looked at and to verify if they did a payment plan. Upon arrival i was in a rush so I dropped it off and had to go back to work. Was told that they would look at it and see what they could do. Around 4 o clock or so i was given a call and told that the car was ready to be picked up, but they didn't service this type of transmission and i should start looking at a trade in option. Hubby went to them on Friday. They are con artists. They knew they didn't do transmission work on Nissan Rogues but said nothing when he brought my car in. They waited until after they did the diagnostic (which they charge a shiny penny for) before giving this information. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay for another diagnostic for someone who can actually fix it. Being deceitful doesn't help a business. I'm taking this complaint to as many sources as I can. People should know what this place is about.
