There is no reason why this place should have a 4.5 average review, because they are definitely a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ business! I have done business with Young's many times with several different vehicles, and they have consistently without fail provided excellent customer service at fair prices, and they do it in the most timely way possible. Additionally, if/when they are unable to get you in or complete a service, they are always willing to recommend you to a business that can and that will also do a great job.
My daughter needed a tire replacement on the road out of Oxford, MS and was on a short timeframe to make a flight. Young's staff helped us coordinate such from Texas and got her back on the road safe and quick. Thank you for thoughtful and quality service!
I take company vehicles there to get tires, they're great
Came in with a flat on 18 wheeler trailer and they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes for less than fifty bucks. Good people to deal with for sure.
