Voicemail full for over 6 months. Doesn't answer the phone during business hours at any of their 3 known numbers. Has had my mower for nearly a year now and never once called me about the status.
Said one thing, would do another. Did not keep their word. A company or person is only as good as their word. Mower not repaired after ten weeks and hundreds of dollars and dozens of promises.

I had an old family chain saw that I wanted reconditioned. Even though getting parts was difficult, Young's persisted and fixed it. They went out of their way to make me satisfied. They take great pride in their work.
My mower stopped running, I had been looking for a small engine repair shop and located Young's. He did an excellent job! I would recommend and I will use again.
