Had a noon opponent for a bid call him at 12:20 no answer he called back at 12:30 said he’s running late and is in Astoria the jobs in ocean park almost Surfside so he should be ther around 1:15 at 1:30 calls and ask for the address again. I leave at 2 a little after 2 he says I think I’m here. I told him if he’s two hours late for a bid I wouldn’t use him anyways he hangs up on me. They came out to clear some trees the price was kinda high but it was well worth it, they worked great as a team

First off, great guy and respectable prices. He came out to cut down a dead tree in our yard and he got it done quick! And when the feral raccoon jumped out from the top of the tree, he cut it in half with the chainsaw while it was still in the air! A true hero and business man.

I'll start off and say - I'm a property manager, I work with tons and tons of different vendors, always pay on time, am always on time to any appointment, and I have never quite dealt with such an odd return phone call. I called to have a fence replaced at a very nice property I manage in Seaside, they called me back 10 minutes later - OK. Then I let them know I am from a property management company.
