Although I was notified that a propane delivery was imminent and that delivery didn't happen until at least 2 weeks after the notification, the delivery was made. At first I was concerned because the tank was clear of snow when the notification came but about 10 day later it snowed and since I was unable to get to the tank (this is a vacation home) I was concerned the propane would not be delivered because of a snowed-in tank. I own a 4 unit building that is on automatic delivery. I am presently out of the country and one of my tenants emailed me saying he was out of gas. He checked that tanks and two more of the tanks were near zero percent, I had to make calls to Amerigas from afar. The woman I spoke to was very efficient and helpful but your delivery service stinks. I've been a customer for 20 years and I feel I am on constant alert about the tank levels. I'll be seeking gas from another company.

you left my tank leaking propane into the air. It was impossible to reach someone in my local market. It literally took hours on the phone with your overseas call center to get someone to react to this extremely unsafe situation. I have been waiting over a month to hear back from someone in Vermont, where my home is

Josie at Youngs Propane in White River JCT, VT treated me with respect even though I need propane quickly. I felt valued as a person and a customer.
