When it was getting really cold they came a little earlier than normal to make sure we had the fuel we needed to get through the cold times.

I have automatic delivery and pay my bill as soon as it is received. In the past 4 years you have allowed my propane tank to run dry 3 times. The first time the interior of the house was 36 degrees, this time it got down to 48 degrees - it was 8 degrees outside. When I called to say I needed gas your staff was very unhelpful and I had to talk to several people all over the country (but not in Vermont) to finally secure an emergency delivery.
