I called them to see if they had CPAP assesories.They confirmed they did and I explained my problem.I was told to stop on over and they would see what they could do.Apon arriveal i was meet by friendly,knowledgeable people who got me what I needed at a very reasonable rate considering My insurance wouldnt pay for it. Thank You so much.I;ll be back.

Can not say enough about how great these folks were to our family during my brothers illness. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of with his medical equipment. Everyone from Kurt, Bobby, Andrew and all of the staff that I spoke with many times were the best. I highly recommend this company.
The staff in York was WONDERFUL!! My mother desperately needed a seat lift chair and they fitted her with one on the floor and delivered the NEXT DAY! also, they were very informative on all of their products, ranging from wheelchairs to stair lifts. I will recommend them to everyone.
The Lancaster team is the best, Karen, Brian and Bob are great to work with. I will go to them anytime! Billing is a little tough to get to but I walk into the Lancaster office and they take care of me everytime,
Very friendly and helpful staff. They treat you like your a family member and go out of their way to assist in training of new equipment, answering all questions, filing of insurance....whatever your concern. Best business I have ever had the pleasure of using, especially in the medical field. They make my life less stressful with all this assistance. The Greeneville group is awesome.
They were very busy when I came in, a lady spoke up and stated that someone would be with me ASAP. The next available associate helped me with my rather difficult situation. They explained to me about what my insurance would and would not pay for. The store was very well stocked and the lady was extremely nice about helping answer all of my questions. Great Store, my family will definitely be back.
worse experience I have ever encountered with a business. Wish there were minus stars. The paperwork that is required makes you wonder if they want to do any business at all.
This place doesn't care about customer service or getting your business they take there time and do things when they want they don't put any effort to get your business or to get your equipment to as soon as possible they act like there a business that really doesn't need your business never heard of a business that doesn't need business not sure if its the owners or the employees Good Luck
