Do not use Young's medical. The are dishonest and inept. I had a very sick family member & did not need the stress caused by this company. They never answer the phones so trying to get anything resolved is impossible. Their billing is balance forward & no details are included. I tried to get a detailed bill several times to no avail. There are other more trustworthy companies out there. We did not know better when my loved one was in the hospital. We thought we had to use them to find out later that we could have chosen.... read more

DO NOT USE!!! I am writing this review on May 13, 2021. I got a CPAP machine from Young's at Granit Run Drive in Lancaster in August, 2020. At the time I was told that I'd be receiving regular supplies, which has never happened. Several months ago, my CPAP started acting-up - the airflow was almost non-existent. I took it apart, and it SEEMED like the problem MAY have been the filter? I put it back together, and it SEEMED normal. HOWEVER, I was not able to figure out how to properly insert a new filter.
