Cindy is amazing!!! She’s been so helpful the last few days. She’s extremely pleasant to speak with. I’m so thankful for all that she’s done.
Leave messages but they don't call back. Seems to be a chronic problem with Youngs Insurance...last time I called, multiple voice-mail messages were not returned. And a poor Google rating didn't spur a reply either.
Rates are way over the top,I felt "ripped off " and changed brokaredge after 2 years dealing with them
