After I received pretty poor service from an agent at Youngs, I got a call from an agent, Rudy Ditella, who had seen a FB complaint I'd made. He called me straight away and helped understand the problem. He was kind and willing to do the work. He identified the administrative error that had occurred and went to bat on my behalf with the insurance company. He got my insurance reinstated in two days and provided such great service.
