Dear Young's, Wayne White came and serviced my heater yesterday. He's a terrific, friendly, respectable & inspirational guy! He knew what was wrong within minutes! He knows his job well! Excellent service with a smile! I had a nice chat with him. He has such a good attitude about life (survived the Paradise fire) and told me "stuff" and money aren't important; making memories are! You have a wonderful employee! :-)
