Never get any services done with the big purple hair lady, very very unprofessional. Speaks to you in a very disrespectful tone and manner. The owner is very nice, but NEVER get anything done with the purple hair lady.
This place used to be welcoming and at least cordial, but lately the tone has shifted. The woman who answers the phone (not the owner) comes across as aggressive and unfriendly, which makes calling in unpleasant. They also no longer include a wash and blow dry with a haircut, which used to be standard. With rising prices and reduced service, it’s hard to justify coming here when other salons offer a more complete experience at similar or better price points.
