This place used to be welcoming and at least cordial, but lately the tone has shifted. The woman who answers the phone (not the owner) comes across as aggressive and unfriendly, which makes calling in unpleasant. They also no longer include a wash and blow dry with a haircut, which used to be standard. With rising prices and reduced service, it’s hard to justify coming here when other salons offer a more complete experience at similar or better price points.
I had a terrible experience at this salon. The ladies who work here have nasty attitudes and I heard them cursing very loudly to innocent people passing by. I would not go to this salon and would not recommend any one to get their hair done in this hostile environment.
Nice ladies they did a great job. I'll definitely comeback again.
