Coming off the holiday I understand service can be a little slow but these folks have not picked up my garbage in about 3-4 weeks now and the lady that answer the phone keep saying they are running a day behind because of the holiday but they will pick up this friday. Well its friday afternoon and my trash is still sitting out front. This is ridiculous. They charged my card but no service. If I had seen all these complaints and issues before. I would have never gave them my money AT ALL!!!!!

The absolute worst refuse service and I couldn’t believe it possible, even worse customer service. It’s like a bunch of crackheads trying to runs business. I’m about to deliver the the garbage they continue to fail picking up to their doorstep.

This worse service sitting in my garage one morning watch worker throw my garbage ?? can,I paid $96.00 from Walmart ,He denied at first I showed him the video ,I just want my container replaced, Have called them several times, I'll let owner know No call from owner yet,So I'm taking it farther to replace my container Buy me another Container, video doesn't lie, And I fired them ,And they pick up 10 more houses in my neighborhood I'm going show them what they did to me

This is the worst business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They make you pay 3 months in advance. Never pick up on the pick up day. They stopped my trash pick up without notifying me and now I've made several calls to the office requesting a refund of my payment.

Worst company ever!! We have tried to talk to them about this ongoing problem, however nothing has been done to fix it. We have been waiting for a refund since June! They got paid to do a job but they failed , they wasted more effort on excuses then on results! They are not good at calling back but are very good at lying to you! Terrible service , very rude people don't pick up the garbage. Paid one year in advance and have to call all the time that haven't picked it up . Going to switch company. I asked for a refund for six months lets how that goes. H. *******

There’s not a whole lot you can say about garbage pick up service… They do come faithfully every week. My issue with this company is that when they empty your garbage they throw the lid on the ground. It rains a lot around here. This entails having to lift my garbage can out of the holder emptied the water out to put the lid back on so I can place my garbage in it!. How hard is it to put the lid back on?

Total rip off. Unreliable, unprofessional, unreponsive and they take your money and don't provide the services you pay for.. used youngs for weekly trash removal for a very long time. They missed several weeks but always showed up eventually and said they'd credit our account for the missed weeks, until this month.
