Sorry we're a little late with this review. Mr. Young was a huge help to me and my husband. We're grateful. Our old unit, after nine years, began pouring out condensation by the buckets into our floor and flowed into our vents. Not sure if I should mention the company name that sold us the bad unit, but my husband could sure spend an Hour telling them they are number One. Their service contract was useless. Troy was recommended to us by a friend, probably about 10 years ago, and he performed a couple annual furnace checks for us. A couple years later, our air conditioning quit after a storm. Another business told us that it was just dead and needed to be replaced. Troy came out and actually checked it and diagnosed that we had taken a lightning strike, so our air conditioner replacement was covered by insurance. Had Troy out for service on a/c unit during recent high heat days. Called late Thurs afternoon and he was able to get to us Fri morning. Got it charged up and cooling quickly. Gave advice when asked about replacement options for our older unit. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve, and Troy still came out at 6PM to make sure it was fixed. He was also extremely professional and used properly calibrated test equipment and gauges and explained what he was doing. I couldn’t recommend this guy enough! Price was extremely fair too! Zero complaints on this guy. Thanks again Troy!
Highly recommend Young’s Diversified Services, friendly and professional! They installed furnace and central A/C, answered all my questions and finished in a timely manner! Would definitely use his services again!
