I am in the industry and happened to be dining at my local establishment when this company showed up to fix the AC. I watched the technician and listened as he explained to the manager/owner/decision maker what was happening. This may seem small to many people and it is very impressive to me. He did diagnose the issue quickly AND fix it during his visit, but that's what I would expect. When he put a stool back he had to move, he wiped it off. Well don't know...he blew me off saying it's not worth fixing....had it fixed for $150 from someone out in Springfield.....not HAPPY AT ALL
Best customer service of any other service provider!
