I just had to take the time to write this review, which is long overdue. The cleaning is perfunctory. Don't count on any stains being removed. On one occasion I took my cleaning, still in the bag, uptown to Liberto's to have the job done right. Why do I keep coming back to this place? Because it is in my neighborhood. Today the alterations I ordered finally came back, 2 weeks late. I asked for 2 skirts to be hemmed. Both jobs were so terrible I can't wear the clothes. WHAT A RIP-OFF! – I had 5 pieces of clothing dry cleaned and they charged me $53!!! 3 dresses, a pair of slacks, and a skirt. The pants and skirt were $5-$6 each, but the three dresses were $11, $12, and $13. How on earth can a basic dress cost $13 to dry clean?? Add on $4.50 tax and Voila! $53. Even worse, I dropped off slip covers to my sofa to have the zipper fixed on 10/25/11. A month later, I check on the status, and they tell me they are still trying to find the right zipper, but they would call me with any news. Well,... read more

Highly Recommend – Highly recommend. Took excellent care of my tux and multiple blazers. Dog hair wasn't a problem. 2 weeks later I got a thank you card from the store with a gift certificate. I won't go to another dry cleaner in the city.

Going the Extra Mile! – Fairly new to the Carrollton/Claiborne neighborhood, I found Young's Dry Cleaning Service and decided give them a try. They are close in proximity to my house and the pricing is competitively reasonable. Just prior to July 4th weekend, I found myself stuck in traffic and not able to pick up the dry cleaning by the close time of 6pm. ruined and lost clothes plus poor service – We had the unfortunate experience of being referred to this cleaner, also known as CRC Clothing restoration. We had dozens and dozens of dry cleaning delivered to us in error plus full boxes of others clothes delivered to us. The cleaner minimized the problem making it appear that we were mistaken. However we managed to document the deliveries made to us by mistake. To top it off the management was poor and in fact would argue about their procedures and claim that care labels were ... read more
