I have been going to this Cleaners for 15 years. The previous owners were great people. I used to travel from Snellville once I moved from Lawrenceville to still bring my clothes, there as soon as the new owners took over Lose my clothes now as a person, you know your clothes and you know if something is missing once again never had that problem in 15 years of doing business with the previous owners in the first day I continue to go there because I love the service they lose my clothes and then tell me that I misplaced them ... read more
DONT GO !!!! LOST MY PANTS THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO GET UPSET AND DID NOT WANT TO PAY ME FOR MY LOST ITEM ! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Myself and an elderly gentleman walked in at the same time, approximately 11:57 AM. The man up front saw each of us, ignored us and walked to the back. For the next 13 MINUTES him and another male employee walked around without even acknowledging us or saying "please give us a few". I usually don't take the time to write reviews but it is important to patronize business that are respectful to their customers. Was extremely unprofessional. He told me he forgot about an order and didn’t seem to care. He was given a week and before it was needed, and was very rude when I asked him how he forgot. The service was terrible and he did not listen at all.the quality of his service was abysmal I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
used this service for an alteration for an event. dropped it off 2 weeks in advance, was quoted that it would be ready for pick up wednesday 3/1, went to pick up saturday 3/4 for the event and he told us he “forgot about our order” and that it wasn’t started yet. said he would call that evening at 7 to pick up. never received a call. today (3/11) i came to pick up and he told me he called and that it was our fault we didn’t come get it. horrible service and the alterations were incorrect. do not recommend this place
