I give zero stars. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by both wayne and hannette. I was going to be homeless on 17th of Dec with 2 kids. I organised a van through wayne that had no guarantee of being available as the current hire had previously reneged on a return date. So I was a little concerned that they may do it again but was willing to take a chance. It is 62kms travel each way from them to me and they said they charge $3 per km, which totals $186 each way.
