Horrible customer service. Lack's a sense of organization/order. I called and made an appointment the week before, then I called the day the appointment was supposed to be to confirm before I brought my car up there, and they said they won't be able to do the work because it's 30 cars ahead of me. Why couldn't that be said when I made the appointment LAST WEEK?! I had to miss days of work for this. That makes no sense. Then they have the nerve to have a careless attitude toward the situation. I had a Motor Put in My 2019 Impala by This Service Center and received my car back on 1/7/2026 The Customer Service, The Price And The Turn Around Was All Great If I could recommend them off of that I would! I had a issue with my Grille on the front of my car due to the repair he kept it another day to correct it and explained how it happened! I can tell you your not going to get better customer service at a car service center in Lexington NC! I have a 6 month warranty on the motor so I will update in 1 year to let y'all kn... read more
Got me in and out and fixed my car immediately. They also have me spark plugs for cheaper than the estimate. Will be going back!
