I needed supplies for my daughter to get her hair braided and the Korean lady took me isle to isle to get everything I needed. I'll definitely be going back!
RACISTTT!!!! I visited this store with my two-year-old daughter and was treated terribly. After trying on only two wigs, the attendant stayed in my space and began putting wigs away before I made a decision. An older male employee yelled at my toddler from across the store after she accidentally dropped a cheap straw hat. I confronted him for yelling at a child, and we went back and forth. My first experience with Young’s was a year ago. It’s huge with a multitude of selections and the customer service I received was excellent. My next two visits I couldn’t get the assistance I needed. Overall, it’s a great resource for product variety.
