Excellent customer service from Michael. He explained the problem clearly and got it fixed efficiently. He showed me the old parts, and had the car ready when promised. Not to mention he took the initiative of leaving a cover off from near the motor so I can get a quote at another shop and then he also put it back at no cost. Very grateful to him!🙏
