Down home honest service
HAVEN'T BEEN THERE YET BUT HEAR GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM. I WAS ON A TALK SHOW, CALLED IN ABOUT MY 2007 JEEP LIBERTY AND I WAS TOLD TO GO THERE THAT THE OWNER IS ASE CERTIFIED AND EVEN GIVES CLASSES!
Service was over and above our expectations. Not only were the known issues fixed, issues we were not aware of were brought to our attention and fixed for no additional charge. Glen doesn't just purchase and replace parts until the problem goes away. He correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced only the needed parts, saving us money. We have found a shop we trust and can recommend without reservation.
I made an appointment on Friday in person for Monday at 8:30 am. Once I get there they tell me that they can't do my oil change because they can't find the master key. They could have called and key me know what was going on. Thank you, Alicia Bryson
