I had a very frustrating experience with Young’s Auto Service and would not recommend them based on my recent visit. The customer service was extremely poor, especially when it came to communication. They had my vehicle for over a week and never proactively updated me on the status. I constantly had to reach out just to get basic information. I took my BMW 330i to Young’s Auto for several service items after visiting the BMW dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team was extremely professional and friendly. They took the time to walk me through everything in detail, which I really appreciated. I felt the pricing was fair and I never felt like I was being overcharged. I would highly recommend Young’s Auto to anyone looking for honest, top-quality service, especially for their luxury vehicle. I will definitely be returning but no time soon.
