rude employees who refused to wear masks and when called on they asked me to leave because I took pics of them without masks
2 weeks now and noone can tell us anything about the status of our vehicle! They have told us 3 times, we will have Julia call you back...we have yet to talk to Julia! Not impressed with this place at all!

RecommendedMy car was hit in a parking lot by someone who didn't put their car in park. The other person gave me their insurance info-Progressive. I was hesitant about using the other person's insurance repair shop recommendation. I didn't have energy to research my own quote. Caliber was excellent start to finish. car returned no inner fender retainer clips. hood racked never noticed it. used old bumper n repaired it never matched seam up bad seam. fender didn't match at side skirt. pinstripe had bubbles in it. send it back on tow truck kept for 30 hra n i had to call n ask what's goin on..car is returned with a letter sorry bad seam need to order a new bumper if u want us too call me. all they fixed just the pinstripe. all i want is my car fixed right. maybe after the 3rd attempt they'll get it right. all they had to fix was fender b... read more

Got a rental van delivered right to the shop and just dropped it off when I picked up my van. Super easy!! Text message updates and 6 days later not only is my van done but they went FAR above and beyond by cleaning and vacuuming my van inside and out!!! Thank you so much! I hope I never need your services again but I would very HIGHLY recommend you to anyone I know!!!
