I interacted with Mark twice - first time it was in 2017 when I needed to close my first condo, he was responsive and helpful. Therefore, I did not think twice by asking for his help again in 2024. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. I tried to get a hold of him for three months straight. Only by begging his associate/assistant and receptionist numerous times, I got a "courtesy" call back to answer my questions by his assistant. Tatiana Goffman from Youngman law is not helpful at all, she doesn't respect her clients, doesn't respond to emails and mostly doesn't have sufficient experience to help clients. Do not waste you time on dealing with her.
As first time home buyers we were looking for lawyers who were patient and diligent. Mark and his team delivered that. They always answered questions promptly. They walked through the status certificate patiently for our condo purchase. Towards closing Tetiana walked us through all the documents we were signing. We brought up a few issues that our agent felt most likely wouldn’t be solved but Mark and his team communicated to the seller’s lawyers in a timely manner and were able to resolve it before closing.
