Recently attended a Dueling Piano show here and they were so understaffed and unorganized. The showroom and dining room were absolutely packed and there was only 1 bartender and 1 waitress. The tables were piled with dirty dishes because they had no staff to clear them and the lines for drinks were so long. Then they ran out of vodka and had to send the 1 waitress to the store to get more, only to run out again less than an hour later. My wife and daughter and I stopped in after the Christmas parade for some drinks and dinner. We got the tenderloin tips appetizer, which were flavorful and delicious. My wife ordered the 8oz filet and I had the fish and chips. Both were delicious and well made. The fish from.the fish and chips was also exceptionally breaded well with very nice breading and was not greasy at all, but perfectly crispy.
