I had another company quote me almost $2,000 to replace hard wired smoke detector’s in my home. I called Younger for some advice because that seemed abnormally high… they were straight forward with me, and told me they would handle it for less. They were out within the week and did the job for less than $300. The electricians that did the job were so kind & quick. I will only use Younger going forward.

I would give Younger Electric 10 stars if I could. After storm damage took down our power pole, we called Younger Electric and they spent the holiday making the repair. Mr. Younger went the extra mile for us and spoke to KU about our health issues. We were able to get power restored before the weekend. The worked easily passed inspection.

I’ve now used Younger Electric on both my rental property and my home, and they’ve been excellent both times. Most recently, they helped diagnose and repair an older bathroom exhaust fan system in my 100+ year old Sears house. Instead of pushing an expensive replacement, they took the time to troubleshoot the issue carefully and recommended the smartest, most cost-effective fix: replacing the motor. FIVE STARS. My husband and I live in Lexington, but he works in Georgetown as a fireman. Younger Electric was recommended to us by one of his colleagues, and we are so grateful they were! For about two months we had been experiencing constant dimming and flickering lights. After reaching out to 3 local companies without a call back, We had Nate and Brad from Younger come do an electrical assessment at our home today. Absolutely great service and professionalism. Found several issues that they took care of immediately. It was a pleasure to do business with Younger. I’ll recommend them every chance I get.
