I recently purchased an oil filter kit for my Mule side by side. When I changed the oil I thought the oil filter was secure. The first time I used the Mule I lost all the oil and almost ruined the engine. I went back to get another oil filter, and that filter did not fit. Turns out that the staff in the service/parts **** do not know what they are doing. Both times they sold me the wrong oil filter. Finally, I went back a third time and got the correct filter. Someone needs to train the staff.

This business doesn’t even deserve one star. Husband wanted a motorcycle that was unavailable and wasn’t being made anymore. This place said they would look for one. 2 weeks later we called and know one knew what we were talking about after we had been approved for financing and $1500 down payment. My husband and I did the research in our own and found one at another dealership. We told them about it and they contacted them. They wouldn’t trade. We bought a 2019 Puma on 6/20/20, there was problems with the slide out and they promised they would fix it and get it right back to us, they had the rv for 5 weeks delivered it to us with a burn mark on the vinyl floor the size of an iron and the slide out was not fixed, took it elsewhere and here we are now still fighting with yet another company over the slide out again, if Youngblood would have done what was right the first time we would not be where we are now??????
