David and his team do excellent work and are incredibly professional. He's done a couple different jobs for me, explaining what needed to be done, what the building code requirements are and where my old house has them wrong and right, and what options I had for each project. He even saved me a couple hundred dollars on something I thought I needed but didn't - he could have simply charged me more and I would have been none the wiser. His team is just as dedicated. Had them come out for an estimate to wire up an outbuilding a few months ago. They were prompt and courteous. They said they could do the job and that they would contact me when they had completed the quote. They never called back, and when I tried to contact them again after a few weeks they completely ghosted me. Wouldn't answer phone or texts from my number. If you don't want the job just say you don't want the job! Would have been 1 star but they at least came out to look at it and they were very nice in person.

David is wonderful! He got an estimate on the repairs for our new home prior to us even moving in. Honest and reliable! Highly recommend.
