So it seems one person charged me not enough.. They complained that they were shorted but previous employee didnt chart into the computer and kept the money. I paid about 97 bucks to mount and balance a tire.. Then I guess since I didn't want to use their tire valves they cement glued the cap onto mine so when I had a low tire I was unable to fill up my tire.. Stay away

Never a smooth transaction. The previous two times they’ve called me about my equipment, it was not ready when I got there. After 9+ days each time for tires. Bring your patience and expect to stand around for a while in the office while papers get shuffled around or the computer is down. Pricing has never been disclosed to me before work was complete. They can get your tire changed but it won’t feel like a smooth transaction.

I'll give them another chance with the drive tires in a few months, but personally I just needed to verify if my batteries or alternator were bad. It took 10 mins to check the batteries, and they charged me for an hour... $180 (ish?) dollars total for a simple battery test is highway robbery. "One hour is the minimum", yes for you, that's the problem. There are other places that can charge a half hour minimum. And even if some of them don't, most are $140 an hour. I just showed up here at Youngblood tire and automotive. It’s 12:30 And the lady in the front office refused to do my oil change because they were fixing to close in 30 minutes. I will never do business at this place again. There are far better choices in Lampasas where they actually have great customer service and if it’s within business hours, they will gladly help you No matter if you’re just a little guy or Some big company

Shop employees are good at what they do, however, the office staff, primarily the boss, isn't courteous or efficient at her job. A tire was left with them around noon on Wednesday that needed to be mounted. This is a tire off of a piece of construction equipment. Instructions were to call as soon as the tire was ready. Crickets...no call. Drove up there Friday morning and the tire was propped up inside all mounted and ready to go. Shop hand said it had been ready since Wednesday evening. No call, no apologies and an oh well ... read more
