Hospital seems to have spent a great deal of money on the rebranding from White River Medical Center to White River Health instead of putting that money into patient care and staffing. In speaking with staff, seems they reduced health benefits to a level lower than their poorest patients and increased their deductibles on top of that. Coupled with no raises for over 3 years does not seem to make a happy staff. The have 2 different medical record systems and patient portals. They aren’t on time with anything they do not know how to take care of a baby correct their all rude they cannot do their job right they do not bring food or anything on time this hospital sucks never again

My son was taken there 3 times by police officers. He had agreed to go there for extreme mental issues to the ER. All 3 times they released him without getting any help for him. They didn't address this issue. They need trained ER Physicians and staff, so they can offer help for people coming there with nervous breakdowns and at least have a trained Psychiatrist to contact to come in talk to people needing help. The local police should not bother to take them there, since they do nothing but Bill the Insurance. Officers need... read more
