The lady working tonight around 830pm was very rude and disrespectful. I have never seen customer service like her.Refused to take a roll of quarters after I put my name address and phone number on them because I was from out of town. She said she couldn't be sure I had $10 in there. I offered to count them out, no then they wouldn't be rolled she said apparently I couldn't reroll them. I wish i could describe my experience but I haven't been able to have one yet. these people NEVER answer the phone!!! been trying to call for the last couple days to order a part and these people cant seem to pick up the phone. i wont be wasting my time with these clowns anymore, my time is worth money and they waste a lot of it. I dont understand how these businesses stay afloat with such horrible customer service. I wouldnt waste my time on these guys, keep going right down the road to wichita.
