Recently had my Taos serviced before trading it! Mike makes it so easy to schedule or reschedule if needed. Marissa took great care of me and was very informative! Definitely coming back!
I've had nothing but good experiences here. Great to have people I trust look at my VW.
**update. After this review they said someone would reach out Kaiya did told her the experience said she would talk with everyone and reach back out. That was on 12/15 and I’ve heard nothing. They do not care about customers or the horrible experience they give. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very Dishonest, and will scam you. I had just bought my car (from Young VW) and noticed my brakes were so bad and squeaky made an appointment. Got a bill for $1700 to get the car maintenance up to par and new brakes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very Dishonest, and will scam you. I had just bought my car (from Young VW) and noticed my brakes were so bad and squeaky made an appointment. Got a bill for $1700 to get the car maintenance up to par and new brakes. Once they called the dealership and let them know that I was told they would be service for free since I just bought the car.
