I called yesterday (Thursday) to see if they could squeeze me in for a smoking front wheel and they said they couldn’t the same day but took down my name, number, USDOT number etc and would call me at 8:30am Friday (next day) and would come to my location. 8:35am Friday rolled around and I had not yet heard from them so I called them to make sure they were coming cause I was stranded until fixed and a guy answered and said he would speak to his boss. Called Young’s after they came highly recommended by a local Transmission shop. The Tech ( Tim ) was very kind. Diagnosed the issue over the phone and had it fixed in no time. Hopefully nothing else breaks this season, but if it does, I'm calling Tim at Young Trucks Mobile Service. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
Wes the service guy got to us quick with the part we needed, installed quickly and got us back on the road.
