First time ever taking my car to a dealership for some service, I was worried about it after reading some of the negative reviews. But these guys were amazing. Scott helped me out and was very easy to work with, great at communicating updates on our car. Very pleased with the whole experience and from my experience, I’d recommend them to service your car.
I took my Toyota RAV4 to this dealership for service for five years, paying premium prices for what I thought was proper maintenance. Terrible experience. Take your vehicles anywhere else for service. We brought our truck to them and told them we knew the issue had to do with the wiring from point A to point B and that we had already replaced a part (tire speed sensor) to figure it out. They double charged us the diagnostic fee (that is already pretty high) just to tell us what we already knew. But they insisted it took them all day to find the issue.
