I had no problem with Dr. Young and his nursing staff. However, the reception and particular scheduling staff were the worst I have ever experienced at any medical facility. Robots would have been friendlier and more helpful.

When I called to get an appt Brandy couldn t have been nicer . Helped me and got me in . But when I got there was a whole different story, the lady acted like she didn’t want to be there. She just sits there and expects us to know what we need to do. I asked if Brandy was there because I had a shirt for her because she was so nice to me and she said she’s on the phone board I was OK so I didn’t see her and then I decided to keep my shirts because it she was the rudest person I’ve ever met

He did my husband's urolift. My husband had complications and ended up in the ER and when we called the next 2 days for info and never got a call back from the doctor or ANY medical professional. We will be changing groups!!!!!

We like dr young up to after procedure was complete( even though he said he would come to talk with me and never saw him) and nurse told us results and we had questions and still no answers, came home and had few things going on , call his office and on vacation so spoke with a pa r nurse. Really couldn’t give us any info of what he was experiencing.Called office no one would answer phone. Office staff needs attitude adjustment. Had to call our primary dr to get results and answers.
