Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with Paul discussing my project needs, and while he couldn't help with it, he spent the entire time educating me on the science behind it, alternatives to what I had in mind, and gave me the names of a handful of companies, technologies, and trade organizations that I could reach out to. I attempted to get a quote from this company for a variety of brushes. I called to see if I could get an email to send over the sizes I needed. I even had a couple of their part numbers. After a week of no response I decided to call and see what was going on. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude, and said " we won't be able to help you" and hung up. Didn't give me any explanation as to why just hung up.
