Micah and his nephews did an excellent job addressing several concerns with our foundation prior to selling our house.
From the framing of my fireplace structure all the way to placing my rock and mantle . Everything was finished perfectly. I love my beautiful new fireplace! Great job guys!
Now a days it is hard to get a contractor to come out give you a bid and then complete the job in a timely manner, but Young Structural did just that. Micah and his crew were kind, courteous, knew exactly what we wanted and even cleaned up after the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the new raised hearth for our wood stove. I wanted to build an extension of the deck in my boathouse. I knew generally what I wanted but Micah knew exactly. Each time I mentioned a new twist, Micah found a way to do it! He was prompt in coming to see the job and sending the estimate. He didn’t complain when I changed some of the specs. And man, did he build that extension! Micah & his family we're one of several bids to repair my foundation. My home is a 120 plus years old and it had had some separation in settling issues causing some of the floor/walls to separate. Micah was the one that could give me the most reasonable explanation as to how to fix it and repair it and what it was going to cost and they did a fantastic job with it.
