Russell is a incompetent and rude person. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star, worst strata company in Sydney don’t waste your time if you know what’s good for you listen to this review.
Russell is the consummate professional when it comes to Strata Management. He has extensive Strata knowledge & deals with problems in a constructive & caring manner. I would highly recommend Russell to anyone requiring a highly skilled ,well informed Strata Manager.
Compared to my experiences with other Strata Management companies I have been blown away by the level of service provided by Young Strata. All my enquiries have been dealt with quickly and professionally with both the best interests of myself and the building (strata) as a whole taken into consideration. If you are looking for a company to look after your strata building I definitely recommend Young Strata.
LAZY & RUDE Would not recommend. My family was selling my sick and elderly fathers apartment. I found Young Strata to be incompetent and generally incredibly unpleasant to deal with. I posted a review based on my experience. This is where things got weird...As a result of my review Russell posted a fabricated review for where my mother worked despite having zero interactions with her place of work!! Never have I ever worked with a strata manager who was more prompt and professional than Russell. Any emails sent to Russell was replied back within same day if not 24 hours and there was no delays in terms of getting things actioned. Highly recommend.
