As a first-time patient, I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the scheduler explaining my son’s sensory needs and medical trauma as he is nonspeaking and has profound autism. I explained that we almost always have to sedate him to do any kind of dental work because he is terrified and fights back. Since my son sees specialists at CHOA I wanted to find a dentist like Dr. Jackson who does outpatient procedures at CHOA. My son Sevyn has been coming here since he started Dental visits at 2 he’s now 10. We’ve had the best experience here and Dr. Kevin and his staff are always friendly and helpful during every visit. We hate that we are moving and having to find a new dentist and start a new relationship. But we highly recommend Young Smiles.
My son and I recently moved and I had to change his dentist and it hurt. If you’re looking for a dentist for your babies this is the one! Everyone is soo kind, my son doesn’t like me messing with his teeth, but he loved going to the dentist! Mr. Jackson is wonderful! My son as a baby needed some work on his teeth, and he was the one to do the procedure at the hospital. When they are here they are in good hands!
The staff is always very nice & accommodating. My son & i have never had a long wait time & the office is clean & interactive for the kids. Dr.Jackson is nice & professional. They make the experience very welcoming for my three year old son. I would definitely recommend.
