The staff is always very nice & accommodating. My son & i have never had a long wait time & the office is clean & interactive for the kids. Dr.Jackson is nice & professional. They make the experience very welcoming for my three year old son. I would definitely recommend.
Very rude and disrespectful receptionist when you make a phone call. I will not be returning.
Been here 8+ years, never had an issue! Will keep driving out to stay with them! Love the picture wall and so do my kiddos. They also do cute picture and care for first time kiddos.
My Daughter has been a patient of Dr. Jackson since she grew teeth. His office staff is wonderful and have always accommodated me with appointment dates and times around my work and daughters school schedule. Dr. Jackson’s practice is set up so there's only kids in the treatment area. At first I didn't understand why but after seeing my daughter emerge smiling with balloons , stickers, and a treatment plan to brush and floss so she can make the wall of “no cavity” fame, I realized, she’s in great hands.
