Went in too get a quote they couldn't even do that won't be getting my work will go somewhere who is more competent obviously don't want the work
I accidentally got hit by a kangaroo just before Young, NSW I was in a little motor home so I was desperate for someone to look at my van , I went to Young Smash repairs the receptionist was excellent , the young man understood my predicament and made it possible to carry on , they were very respectful honest , I would highly recommend Young Smash Repairs. Outstanding service
I rang this company looking for a quote to repair my car but went with Graeme Hull instead as the receptionist Tammy was incredibly condescending and blunt. Should have looked at the reviews first as this clearly isn’t the first time Tammy’s “had a bad day” This business just missed out on $4000 due to her attitude. What a shame for them as I’ve heard the work they do is top notch but I will not support any kind of business who acts superior and condescending. What a miserable old hag.
