I went to Dr. Young with consistent breakouts near my chin. I’ve had cortisone shots with different doctors that helped so I agreed to her doing some. She mentioned something about my cheek and did the injection although I didn’t think it was that bad in that area. Days later I noticed a large indent, especially if I smile. I waited 50 minutes to be seen, and was then told it would be another 5 minutes. I just left, as I had another appt. I filled out paper work online and in person, and received 2 text messages and 2 emails about being on time. I was on time. Dr. Young clearly wasn't.
Loved Nicole (NP) - she was very empathetic and is a great healthcare provider. Georgia (? I think that’s her name, she seems to be the medical assistant) was also kind. The only person in the office I encountered that brings the experience down is the person who takes your credit card. She was pretty rude. That being said, I liked Nicole so much that I’ll be back. I just hope that other person gets a little more training in customer service, especially as it seems I’m not the only one who had that experience with her.
Besides Nicole and Yvette - THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE . THEY CHARGE YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION AT 11PM AT NIGHT . THEY DISCLOSE YOUR AMOUNT DUE WEEKS LATER . THEY CHARGED ME $250 AND $27 AT 11PM AT NIGHT WHEN I WAS AT THE OFFICE EARLIER IN THE DAY TELLING THEM I WILL NOT PAY THAT RANDOM BALANCE AND THEY EXPLAINED TO ME THEY WILL BE EMAILING THE BILING DEPARTMENT TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVE TO PAY TO JUST LATER ON CHARGE MY ACCOUNT ANYWAYS . SCAM SCAM SCAM !!
Office did not disclose prior to appointment that there is a $165.00 consult fee. Poor business practice!
