Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience at Young Skin. I got recommended by two friends and was very excited. When booking a week prior, I let the staff know I had another important appointment one hour after the dermatologist, work related, five mins down the road that I could not miss. They assured me the appointment would last 20 minutes. The doctor was literally 1 hour+ late, she stayed with me for 15 minutes and had 0 remorse for being late. It was so off-putting. I went to Dr. Young with consistent breakouts near my chin. I’ve had cortisone shots with different doctors that helped so I agreed to her doing some. She mentioned something about my cheek and did the injection although I didn’t think it was that bad in that area. Days later I noticed a large indent, especially if I smile.
