I love Young Skin Dermatology!! I've been going to Dr. Young for about 20 years and it's always satisfying. I have acne and rosacea, and I have seen a huge improvement with my skin.
By far THE WORST experience I have EVER had at a clinic in my 29 years. Walked in(at the time REQUESTED BY THEM) Was asked to fill out forms(Forms I had ALREADY WENT THROUGH VIA A LINK SENT BY THEM- why again?? No explanation.)Was told there would be a 30 minutes wait(fine.) Immediately after that asked how I would be paying for my visit & charged me $50 placed my insurance card AND credit card on the counter instead of my hand that was obviously held out. Not once BUT TWICE. (PAID. Fine. Why not AFTER I'm seen hmm IDK?) Put... read more
