I called Young Sign Company to the rescue after I had hired a random person in town with a vinyl cutter to cut and hang my studio logo, hoping to support local small business owners like myself. These guys not only got my broken neon sign fixed and glowing nicely once again, they did it *free of charge* after a several-month challenge that wasn't even their fault (neon sign repair is something they outsource)! THAT'S customer service. I will be back for all large or electronic sign needs. Definitely recommend.
