On one court date he didn't bother to show up at all and I sat in court alone with the Judge saying, "I don't know why your attorney is not here, he was notified of this hearing". Then another time, without notifying me, I was waiting for court on the bench in the hallway and up walks a stranger with a briefcase telling me Sam sent him to fill in for Sam who wasn't showing up again! The replacement had never even opened my file and knew absolutely nothing about my case. Lose bad with this guy if he even bothers to show up!
