Dr.Ro and his staff are awesome. His M.A. is phenomenal! She is very personable, caring and knowledgeable. I've had some rough times and she went out of her way to hold my hand ... Literally. Don't be fooled by his mild demeanor. He is VERY knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. His exams are thorough and when he looks at films he will be quiet, don't let that be off putting, he's focusing on what he is seeing. Horrible experience, no bedside manner and he acts as if it is your fault his English is not up to par. He did not read my mother's MRI and CT scan results and neglected to inform us of the results and when she was hospitalized he was extremely dismissive.
