((Also: Summit Health closed this Hauppauge office and moved out the remaining doctors.)) (I liked Young Park as my primary care physician. )
Dr Park is so attentive and actually helps you find a solution to the problem and really listen to your concern. I understand he is moving practices, if anyone finds out which practice he goes to please let me know! Great doctor
