We highly recommend this window cleaning service and have been a repeat customer for several years. Chase is professional, nice, timely and has a great attention to detail. The pricing is fair and honest. We have used them for the inside and outside of our windows, including basement window locations. He will even clean our mirrors inside which is a huge bonus. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience today. This office has some inexperienced new staffs now. The tech we had today pushed a long wire into my son's mouth without fitting first. The wire directly poked into his gingival and caused a bad bleeding. The tech then had hard time to fit the rubber bands on. We are not even sure if the rubber bands were placed correctly. I hope those new staffs can be trained approximately before they are allowed to handle patients independently.
Two teenagers in braces is a big expense, but I am grateful for this practice and their professionalism, their expertise in treatment, and great staff. Late afternoon appts are always difficult but we have always been accommodated. They also are helpful with broken brackets and challenging issues. Dr Aubrey recently became sole owner after the retirement of Dr Chamberlain. She is well trained and knowledgeable. But she was not as friendly and all the staff seemed new and young.
