I am a regular client at this clinic. My therapist is excellent. A couple people I know are clients here too and they have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. The care is top quality and the admin team are efficient and kind.
A highly unprofessional experience. The internal communication at this clinic is nonexistent: despite my sending a formal email to terminate our session and subsequently receiving a verbal confirmation from the front desk, the clinician contacted me hours later, completely unaware of the cancellation. After researching the best course of action, we had chose Young Minds Psychology and an assessment that aligned with some of the presenting challenges. The team was great to work with.
