Went to look for home shades! Sales staff knew very little about the product they were selling. Did not know prices or color choices. They took my email and said they would do some research and send me results. Received email with a link to manufacture website which basically told me to go on line and then reach back out to them. Why did I travel an hour one way to go there when I could have done that myself at home.

These people are incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. This is a first class flooring operation quietly tucked into the high peaks. From the owner, to their installation and service team, to the bottom employee, every single person there is respectful and is a master of their craft. This is a great place to do business.
