As far as Dr Lou young, made the appointment a week ago for 8:30, here it is 9:15 and still waiting on a the doctor in the room! The doctors are not for you, they are for themselves!! The medical field is not what it use to be , compassion! Where they actually care about you, going to give him till 9:30 then im walking out !
Dr. Lu was very impressive. His knowledge and direct approach in explaining my condition and the plan to address it made me feel much less apprehensive about the upcoming surgery. I feel I am in very good hands, and I am now looking forward to my surgery. I am completely confident in handing off my surgical needs to Dr. Lu. Thank you Dr. Lu for alleviating my concerns.
