I had to wait to leave this review until I no longer had a Kia, bc this was the only service dept I could get into and my car was still under warranty. Bruh, these guys are terrible. First service visit, I suspect they under torqued lug nuts on my tire causing it to wobble violently and refused to admit to it, saying some kids probably did it. My Service Rep was Ryan Winter and he did a great job. The service charge at this dealership was much lower than Wasatch Kia but they even waved it since car was still under warranty.
I had a warranty done for antitheft system. They installed it a few days later I started having problems with my car alarm randomly going off when I started it and began driving. I dropped it off to have them look at it and they said everything looks fine and that there’s nothing that can be done. They told me because the warranty was installed that it is my problem. If I could give a zero star review, I would… Dropped my car off a day before my appointment to get an oil change/maintenance and to repair/replace one simple, nonfunctional piece on the back of my 2024 KIA K5 side mirror. Left the key with instructions to contact me with any costs for me to approve the replacements required. Heard nothing all day.
