If I could give a zero star review, I would… Dropped my car off a day before my appointment to get an oil change/maintenance and to repair/replace one simple, nonfunctional piece on the back of my 2024 KIA K5 side mirror. Left the key with instructions to contact me with any costs for me to approve the replacements required. Heard nothing all day. I called and asked if the car was ready, was told my service advisor was at lunch and would call me later (totally understandable people gotta eat) still never heard anything. Fina... read more
Warranty work. Quick and efficient.
Brayden is super helpful! He showed me where everything was under my hood and which fluids needed to be topped off. He called and texted me in a timely manner when I needed additional services, as well as when the car was ready to be picked up.
Great service and exceptional customer service. They vacuumed my car after they did my annual maintenance. For those of you who have gone to the Jiff and have had all your quarters stolen, then you know that this is a nice change of pace. I love the video that they provided me showing the installation of an air filter, the exact issues and things they were going to do. I would bring my car back for the Young experience again.
Terrible service. I've taken my brand new telluride there twice. It was supposed to be covered under warranty but for some reason they still made me pay the diagnostic fee. Only to drive away within a mile the sensor problem that they "fixed" wasn't. Took it in a second time paid the diagnostic fee AGAIN and same thing. They have terrible technicians. Do not take your Kia here. They apparently don't know what they are doing.
